“Clean, not too crowded, there is proper air conditioning, and machines work well and have digital readouts of how much time is left on them and how much they cost. If a machine is out of order, there is a clear sign on it so you don't waste your time. There is a change machine, vending machine, and they sell some laundry detergent and other laundry supplies. There is always an attendant around who can help you if you need anything. The guy who owns it is friendly and helpful. The place is well cared for, and is much, much better than the place down the street.”

We haven't had the carpet professionally cleaned for 11 years. Always do it with our home cleaner. The price was the big draw, only $140.00!! The techs were very friendly and very professional. In addition to cleaning the carpet they provided excellent advice on getting spots up (we have one cat who loves to hack up hairballs on our beige carpet). They also told us what type carpet to buy whenever we decide to replace ours. And the carpets look FANTASTIC now! You can't go wrong with AquaTec in my opinion.”

“**Update. The owner called me, apologized, and explained the delay in response. Due to the miscommunication, she offered to reimburse me for the lost pants. I changed my review from a 1 to a 4 star due to the outcome. It seems that they do want to serve the customers and improve on their customer service. *** I always try to support small businesses but I will never go back to this dry cleaner again. I got home and realized that my son's band tuxedo pants were missing from the dry cleaning clothes. I called the store and the lady said she would look for them and call the warehouse then would call me back. Day 2, I never received a callback so I called the store again. She proceeded to tell me their process and that it is nearly impossible to lose the one pants. Well, it is lost because I don't have it and they don't have it. I told her it is more important for me to have the pants back. She said that she will have the owner call me about the pants. Day 3, no call back from the lady employee or the owner. Again, she proceeded to tell me that it is impossible to have the pants lost because they do it all in-house. I told the lady that at this point, I had to order a new pair of tuxedo pants for my son because he has a band performance coming up soon. I would rather have the original pants back but if they cannot find it then I would like to be reimbursed for the pants. The new pants are only $36 and we spend pretty close to that amount on our one visit there so for them to lose a customer over that is quite sad. It is still Day 3, in the afternoon...and STILL no call back. Very bad customer service and I do hope someone calls me back so I can give a more positive update on this review.”
