“Have started using this Lapels as our dry cleaner and we’re very pleased with their customer service, bright clean store and the final product, our clean clothes. Our clothes and other items come back with no heavy chemical smell and that’s a welcome change. With other cleaners in the area, all too often there is a heavy chemical smell, the buttons on our clothes are cracked or broken completely from too high heat or come back clean but have wrinkles. We aren’t experiencing any of that with Lapels so far. So we’re glad we have Lapels as a alternative. We no longer use other dry cleaners.”

There's a convenient store next door also,in case you need water or knick knacks. Located in town,safe location. Oh,& for a quarter you get 10 minutes to dry our clothes,other places are 7minutes,or 8 only. Plus He's washaterias dryers are hotter. Good to go here.”

“Fast and efficient service. Owner is always nice and takes care of all needs and concerns regarding your garment. A few times I've had missing or broken buttons on my garments and she would match the exact buttons, and sew them on quickly for me with no additional cost! She's also altered a few clothing items for me as well and it's pretty good work! I also bring in my old hangers for her to reuse. I think it's better than throwing them away when it can benefit her as a business owner. She's never asked for them, but I do it as a courtesy and she is happy to take them back. Highly recommended! Love how fast we get her clothes back!”

“I am very picky about my dry cleaners, and very loyal once I find a good one! This is an example of going the extra mile - I mentioned I needed to pack the clothes because I would be traveling. The person working there said no problem we can have them ready to pack. I didn’t think anything of how she worded it just nodded. When I returned each item had been perfectly pressed, folded with a cardboard piece left in them to hold the fold, and individually wrapped. PERFECT!”
