The blanket I got cleaned still had a smell to it. I called and they told me to bring it in and they redid it no cost! My blanket smells wonderful now! FYI they did not make the blanket smell bad! It had a weird pet smell the first time I took it. They were not aware it had a pet smell the first time. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend”
