“I had an opportunity to visit Preston wood cleaners recently for the 1st time and I can tell you that the staff working there was very kind and the cleaners was very clean and very very easy-going. I left my order and returned in a few days to picked up my items and left. before examining. When I return to my studio I said "wait a minute, a crease?" Yep, I noticed that there was a crease in my black pants, and I remember that I failed to request "no crease" in the pants. So today I returned to have my pants pressed and I explained my error when placing my initial order. I spoke with John, who simply said no problem and I can pick up my items tomorrow. They even had complimentary Bubble Gum which I find a special delight. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Preston Cleaners for a professional and personable experience. Thanks for the gum!”

“Everyone is nice except Betty . Packing girl's were great . The standing guys for moving my stuff back were excellent. You need to make sure you give a two weeks advance notice when you're almost done with your remodel. Betty swore she told me about 2 weeks to move my stuff back in the house. No she didn't and she wanted to argue. Had to call corporate then she said it did no good for me to call corporate. Other than Betty place is great”

“I have tried many cleaners in the New Braunfels and Garden Ridge /Schertz area and Jack Brown is hands down, my favorite. Eric, the manager is always friendly and helpful. You can drop off and pick up 24-7, if you sign up for that. They are the only cleaners who still know how to starch blue jeans that can stand on their own! They do a fantastic job on my more delicate clothes and husband's work clothes as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!”
