“First time to use this service and every aspect of the operation worked as advertised. I requested a Monday pick up with instructions to pick items up from the porch. Two large and heavy bags were picked up and put into a marked van, returned sometime Thursday. (Note I was told their driver was in my neighborhood on Mondays and Thursday but you can pick up earlier.).Items were returned in separate shrink wrapped packages In the laundry bags we provided. Positive experience overall. Will use again.”

“It's run down but I love it and looks like they fixed a bunch of their machines but just took them out of service for rotation purposes which I can understand. The electric has to be killer lol. Most of the time there is hardly anyone which is why I come back time and time again. Also I've never had any problems with anything other then getting locked out once cause I was there past closing. Which again wasnt an issue I was let back in quickly. If your are not picky and just need to wash your stuff I highly recommend it.”
