“I have been in this area since August 2019. In the over 15 years since I started paying attention to refuse pickup habits and efficiency, I have lived at 7 addresses across 5 different municipalities in 2 states. Not until the last 15 months have I had regular recycling pickup. This was a change to me, and as we can all imagine, presents a much larger expense and complexity to the process of collection. So far in my time here, my recycling has been missed 3 times and my green can missed 1 or 2 times. This may seem high, but my garbage has never been missed, a mark no other location has managed to hit. In addition, less than 5 minutes of research online found the solution, and another 3 on the phone had the request put in (on a Saturday early afternoon) for a missed pickup visit. The experience was very pleasant and much less work than typical contact with a municipality. Thank you to all who put in the time daily to make this possible!”
