“Impeccable service to the City of Katy! The employees are all very friendly and take your needs seriously. Today isn't my first time needing assistance but it was quick and easy nonetheless! Our dog continued to try to get something in our shed this afternoon. I assumed we had a rat issue again, but he was so very determined to get to a certain spot. “Took a couple of months of calling and complaining about excessive noise in my neighborhood, finally got a hold of a really great Sheriff (I believe his name was Wagner) who understood the issues and took his time to help us out and work with us as well as point us in the right direction for future issues. Rare to find a cop willing to assert authority these days due to social media. I intend on getting a flag pole with a 'Support Blue' flag to fly in front of my house. Thank you!”
