“After reading the reviews of this location, I was going to go by 2920 but since this place was way closer, I decided to give it a try. First thing I notice is that it’s very small, and it only has like 8 booths compared to the one on 2920... On that note I knew I had to be Patient since there was a lot of people in front of me. I went to the kiosk and filled out my form to renew my DL, waited for about 30min, the lady was very helpful, nice and efficient. I will definitely be going again.”

“This is a spacious facility and it is always very clean. All the personal that I have I had the pleasure to correspond with, have been courteous, understanding, quit to respond and kind. I moved here from Louisiana, so I have seen the worse that the Health System can offer. I do not have insurance at this time and I am unable to work, due the care of my disabled daughter and my ailing mother. I am very thankful for this facility, the state that provides it, and the staff. ”

“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this court. Granted I had to pay a few hundred for tickets lol But I guess they can’t all be thrown out and I earned those tickets. What I didn’t earn, but did receive was kindness and respect , they listened to me and delt with me fairly . From my interaction with the police officer , to my interaction with the desk clerk (who I think is so sweet) all the way to the Judge. Recently I lost my two dogs and they were even kind enough to hang my lost dog fliers for a few days and advise me where I could hang my others with out getting in trouble. Truly appreciate this court and the people who work there.”

“Had to wait outside of the actual building for about 25 minutes, but wasn't too upset about it because there is always a high volume of people at any DPS. Once inside, the front lady was extremely helpful and pointed me to the sign in kiosk and gave me the form I needed. She also went around to everyone to make sure they had all the papers and forms, which was extreamly nice because then people who didn't have everything weren't waiting for no reason. This really helped to get things moving along and reduce the amount of people. The ladies at the stations were quick and friendly as well. My total wait time was about 2 hours.”

Not everyone is out to screw you over. ********Beware with Taylor's Inspection at Ledbetter!******************** I went to Taylor's Inspection-- which is down the street--and the inspector there tried to shake me down for $100.00 to pass my state inspection. The guy never even tested the truck! He just looked at it. I reported them with the State already.”
