When I was there 2 weeks ago the woman was very abrupt and behaved as if answering additional questions was too much work (literally, her job). Called the Dayton office and the person was polite & informative. Basically, the total opposite from her counterpart. Aren't these people employed by local government? I wonder who the elected official is that should be aware of this?”
