“On Christmas morning 3 dogs running wild showed up on my door. I managed to secure one who had no collar or tag. I contacted a few friends and asked for their help locating his owner. Christmas day I decided to take him for a walk on a rope to help locating possible owners. Did the same next day but once Monday rolled around I had no response from post on Next-door, Instagram, Facebook or petboost. While I didn't mind giving him food or water and letting him hang out on my porch I had to make a decision. The local shelter was not accepting any intakes as they are over run with strays and are at capacity. This is a sad state to be in. I eventually called the Comal County Animal control at 8am and within an hour an Animal control officer showed up. Nice man I think his name was Office Shay, very calm and was more than willing to help. Let me know he would take dog to New Braunfels Humane Society. Personally I think this dog had been abandoned in Canyon. He had been cared for once. Hopefully he will get a nice person to give him a home. I would have loved to keep him but my work would only mean he would not be given the attention he needed. Thank you comal county Animal control.”

“My recent experience at the Texas Department of Public Safety Driver's License office in Rockwall, TX was extraordinary. It is difficult to get a time slot for any day unless you already have an appointment or get there early enough to secure a ticket. Fortunately, I was able to get there early enough to secure a ticket, and they were able to make me an appointment to renew my driver's license. Having said that they got me in and out of there with my driver's license . 🙂”

The process is simple and fast as long as you have all the required documents and meet the eligibility requirements. However, they have recently moved to 3602 Pacific Ave Tacoma WA. So before wasting a trip to the old location which is still listed as their address, either read this review, call for the new address, or do a little bit more research to see if the new address has updated online yet.
