I only waited approximately 3 minutes past my appointment time. While each of the representatives were knowledgeable, courtesy and professional, I must point out the middle clerk. She was overly helpful, not cutting corners, but directed and informed me of the proper documents needed. I returned with those documents, 7 minute wait, and there you have it...I would highly recommend this location, even if it takes driving from Dallas. Thank you staff...you have made my experience a great one.”
