“I called Grimes County Road and Bridge to ask a couple questions. Normally you know county offices are not the best to call. Totally different for GCRB, a lady picked up the phone with a very pleasant phone voice. Ms. Bobbie was the nicest person I have ever spoken to that works in any County position. She took my questions and said she was not sure however she would find out and call me back. She did exactly what she said she would do and called me back within few minutes. Ms. Bobbie you're an asset to that office. Thank you for your outstanding customer service skills and it was a pleasure talking to you.”

“A beautiful building in the heart of Anderson, Texas. Well worth the drive to visit. Unique Victorian Texas public building. Third courthouse here. Site, in an 1824 land grant from Mexico, was donated 1850 by Henry Fanthorp, first permanent settler in county. Built 1891 of hand-molded brick with native stone trim. Vault is same one used in previous buildings; has twice withstood fires. Tried here in 1930s, a Clyde Barrow gang member vowed he'd see court in infernal regions. You saw the other vehicle cut in front of me but anywho, lol, but he was respectful tho..you did admit the lady at the court number to call was helpful and oh she was beyond helpful. She was sweet, polite, understanding and very thorough in explaining what to do. Made the whole ordeal easier to tend to. Thank you Ms. Cindy for your professionalism when i called, and to the clerk that helped me when I got there, you were kind and sweet too. I think samantha. Overall polite and although they were kind, don't wanna see em again. Lol no more tickets!! Merry Christmas!”

“I find it interesting how people tend to leave a review when they want to complain, but seldom ever take the time to leave feedback on a positive note. Grand Prairie is a large city with thousands of businesses, and only a handful of guys to tend to all of them. I've been in business in G.P. for a long time, and I've never had an issue with Code Compliance. I know several of the City Employees, and I have nothing negative to say about any of them. It's simple. Follow the rules, and you don't have a problem. If you have a complaint, be persistent; they will get to you. Great City ... Great Employees!”
