“Had to try this new location close to home this monday. I ordered the double cheese burger with a waffle and it did not disappoint. The burger tasted freshly made (a little too much salt on it for my taste) but it was delicious none the less. The waffle was nice, soft and fluffy. The place was really clean compared to other waffle houses i have visited and the waitress along with the other personnel were very attentive. All in all it was a great visit with some great food and i would definitely recommend this place.”

I'm not sure what changed, but it is 100% better now. (7 months ago- Disgusting, stale, rotten. The food tasted so bad, and it made me sick. The staff was ok, but the food was horrible. There was brown lettuce on my tacos and the tea had chunks.)”

“First time eating here (to go) and purchased their General Tso's Chicken. Now I'm particular I cant stand when some places make it and there's a minimal amount of chicken with mostly breading. BUT this place had nice chunks of WHITE chicken breast without the breading overkill. ???????????? I've had pizza where they forgot to add tomato sauce, they forgot to cut the pizza (eating a pizza in this manner is quite the culinary challenge, I dont recommend doing it) and sometimes the person at the register is kind enough to ask you "you want your change?" Yes, I want my change. That .87 cents you owe me? Yeah, give it to me. Things seem to have changed now, and for the better. Still you're getting a pizza, rather quickly, for $5. Not much to complain about...”

For the online experience I would give it a 4 only because when ordering it can be time consuming due to it telling you at the end of ordering that 25 is the maxium for cash ( I think it should be 30) when it should tell you when you get to that limit instead of having to subtract things off after ordering.”

“I'm a long time fan of the franchise, I've been eating here since 2007. The sandwiches are great, better than your standard sub restaurant. The facility is always clean. Staff is friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. Ingredients are fresh, and your sandwich is made to order. Their breads are amazing - crusty on the outside, soft inside, not chewy at all. Decor is cute, fireman themed and varies at each location. And who doesn't love supporting their local Ladder? I find myself craving Firehouse lots!”
