“So by me traveling out of town back and fourth I decided to hit up this spot. Haven’t been in Cheddars in a min due to the menu changing. Just not a lot of selections. So I stick to what I know and usually eat. Something quick and easy. To be truthful the only reason why I come to this restaurant is because the bartender. He always made me feel welcome and not uncomfortable. Heck even time from time he recommends stuff. Thanks to Shawn I’m able to get in and out! After being on the road for so long. One thing I can say ,he can mix some drinks. Also has good customer service experience. Third time coming in off the road and he stays 💯 % with a good attitude and ( working his butt off ). If he’s not making drinks . He taking orders to cleaning. To stocking staying busy . I’m observed person. So I peep stuff. Stuff like that makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Alot Resturant employees be slacking. Though this location I feel comfortable at and know I’m get good excellent service ,especially from Shawn. Cleanest is everything to me and my food being hot!!!! “We stopped in to order lunch to go. They were really busy with drive thru and dine in customers. There were several employees working and every one of them was busy! Yet even in the chaos, things were running smoothly. I say that because I didn't realize it was the noon hour when we stopped. We had someone meeting us at home at 1pm. So when I realized the time, we had 15 minutes to make the meeting. I was going to ask to cancel our order but the only thing left to wait on a onion rings with 1 minute to go. Remember, I forgot the time when I ordered or I never would have added onion rings! Timing was all on me - they did great!! The food came out delicious and service was excellent. The best Whataburger service and meal I've had in a while. Thank you to the hard working staff!!”

“When I emailed them asking for an estimate for my coin collection they responded very quickly. After doing more research I quickly discovered many buyers won’t ever take the time out of their day to do this, as if to foreshadow how pleasant working with them was going to be. When we went in to sell the collection it was a phenomenal experience. The store is secure and filled with super interesting collectibles and coins. Their treatment of the collection was great. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell they knew just about everything their was to know about this business. Most importantly though, they were both fun, interesting, helpful, and they gave us a fantastic price. This store is a rare find. Cant recommend them enough.”

They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point!
