“This was our first time at this location and we had a very pleasant and positive visit. We received extraordinary service by our waiter, Arturo; polite, knowledgeable and great personality. He interacted with all of us, including our special needs adult daughter which tells a lot about an individual. The food was warm, tasty and prompt. Our alcoholic drinks were very good. There are also a variety of bulk discount plans, such as purchasing unlimited-washes-as-a-service or getting 5 free washes for purchasing ten. With six different wash options available, this facility has an option for every customer! I like to get the highest quality wash once per month, and the standard washes in between. My coworkers have commented on how clean my car is!”

Together we came up with a wonderful variation of shrimp scampi that the Olive Garden crew then prepared. We also modified their salad so I could enjoy a safe version and delivered the rest of the normal ingredients served on the side so that my husband could enjoy the regular version. “This review is long overdue. We’ve been ordering pizza from only Zio Al’s for the last few years because it’s become a family favorite. The kids and adults have found favorites on the menus. Tonight Zio Al’s surpassed expectations. We ordered at the start of a busy period and got our food in less than 30 minutes. The food was hot, in perfect condition, and was incredibly delicious. I’ve never thought to order outside of pizza but I am so glad I did. I haven’t been able to find a ravioli of this quality since I ate years ago at a place in Austin. Delicious layers of ravioli, sauce, and cheese... It was like a ravioli-cake. My side salad was fresh romaine lettuce with fresh veggies on top. The meatball sub we got had the perfect amount of bread to meatball, sauce to cheese ratio. I think I’ve gotten used to having to pay an arm and a leg for Italian food of this quality here where we live. The price, taste, and service are unbeatable...Zio Al’s is a must-try!”

Wow also enjoying the company of the employees that have got to know me very well as well as some of the customers who have got to know me very well. Despite what these other comments say, the customer service and the engagement of the customer is at the top of their game. Jake up and Scott are especially, now as far as Mohammad the manager. He tries to run this place as well as he can. I understand it’s frustrating because I run a shop myself. Running a business can be difficult. It’s not for everyone. Mohamed could pick up his speed a little bit as far as checking customers but otherwise he is a good manager. His management style can be a little bit frustrating from what I have noticed. But it is what it is. As long as scar and Jaccob are here you will see me Monday through Friday unless I’m out of town.”
