The USDA requested additional information from our Veterinarian and Wendy(our specialist) took care of contacting the vet to insure the proper forms were Fed Ex on time then the dogs flight was canceled in Germany. This delayed them arriving to us and Wendy contacted us immediately with the new itinerary. They arrived the next morning happy. I highly recommend this company when relocating.”
