Sometimes they got us some information a bit later than they said they probably would, but they would also quickly respond to email inquiries saying something like "We're still working to get you the best price." In the end, the price really WAS lower than our initial quote! I don't recall anything going wrong through the whole process, except that on pack-up day WE made a mistake and forgot to give them the guitar to pack. Well, this company was friendly and flexible enough to let me drive over to their warehouse with it. It's here with us in Hong Kong now.”
