I came in last minute for a truck because I wasn't aware of reservations..it's been that long since I've used UHAUL. She was so nice to me and even shared pictures of her beautiful grandchildren with me. She made me fee like family. She relieved a lot of stress from my day whether she knows it or not. The next day I had to extend my services because my place was not ready yet. I called her to ask for an extension and she didn't hesitate to help me with that.
