“I've worked for mission which is now Kenan for 2 years, not sure what the bad reviews are about, there's enough work, the issues I've had with payroll was taken care of and that only happened when switching pay scales over to the new company, trucks are all in good shape, mechanics on duty to fix issues, the company won't let you work past 14 hours a day or 70 a week, so I'm not sure why that other guy is lying in his review, this company is all about safety and making sure you're not speeding or going past your hours, they've also been flexible with me taking days off... I've had issues with dispatch but that's with every company, some are better than others, but i still get my loads no matter who is on duty...”

“If you ever imported products into the US you will eventually have to use a freight warehouse like Southwest Freight to get your Freight many of them are slow uncaring and don't do a very good job but my experience over the last 6 years with Southwest Freight is that they're very quick rarely have lines and work efficiently I prefer them over any of the other choices in the Houston port”

We suggested a re-delivery and the staff Dave insists a redeliver fee! Do I need to charge you for waiting fee? Please get your service standard right! You missed the delivery date you're going to have to work on a day that's work for everyone. Service like this is unacceptable! *Delivery man Anthony Davis was very professional and very helpful. Described what happened. He handled the frustrated customer very well. I only hope the company will have more staff like Mr. Anthony Davis. I only hoped R&L will have more driver like him. He bumped from 1 star to a 4 star.”
