“I went in today around 8:00 and I was immediately greeted as soon as I entered the place, I felt so welcomed! Not to mention that after I was welcomed I was taken very good care of by a specific employee named Brock, he was super nice and was very fast to make my sandwich, he also made it so nicely. I will definitely be going back!”

“I mean as far as parking lots go this is a pretty darn good one very good location right off of Cicero Avenue very close to many neighborhoods near by. It seems to have easy access from the street and is very close to local shopping. My car has been safe there for several years. Give yourself a little time because that intersection is in construction right now!”

“Just had both of the front doors repaired/reinstalled from the top down in our leasing office and it makes a world of difference! After two failed attempts from other vendors I finally found Vortex Doors. I worked with Samantha Martinez getting equipment purchased and a technician scheduled, she was great. Our technician, Joey, was on-time, professional and knew his trade. Worth every penny and our management is very pleased! 10/10 definitely recommend.”

“I had a very long and tiring week of traveling and business meetings. My express south bus driver Yasser was a perfect gentleman. He handled my bag and was respectful and chivalrous. He packed my bags in his truck and took great pride in his work. I am thoroughly impressed and thankful for his help after my long travelS.”

“I think it's funny to review a parking lot / shuttle service...but I digress. While others complain of the long wait, I hopped right onto the shuttle from the parking lot. The driver was incredibly helpful and the lot seems safe (plenty of lighting & etc.) I generally get to the airport hours before my flight anyhow, so waiting would not have bothered me. Like any form of public transportation, busses, trains, shuttles make frequent stops and are sometimes late as a result. This is cheap, spacious, safe parking with a free shuttle service... I'm not sure what else one would expect?”

“This place is chill. They are starting to remodel and that’s cool because we get to have beautiful, new rooms to stay in. I certainly hope this generation of entitled people will treat them nicely. The rooms are bare bones and that’s perfect for me. I don’t need to pay the extra 20-30$ for a coffee maker I’ll never use and a blow dryer that will collect dust. The front desk ladies are awesome!! Well, the younger ones are. They are funny and engaging. They are helpful and seem to actually remember who you are and genuinely care about your return business. Honestly though, and I don’t mean to be snarky, but the two older ladies should think about retiring. The older overnight lady is flat out rude, she takes forever to do her job, if she does it at all. (I’ve had to wake her up once, so it’s probably not the first time). The other older lady (who works the day shift since the place opened in 1972) is getting just as bad. Every time I walk in the lobby she’s sitting down in the chair and it seems to me that she might be happier doing something where she doesn’t have to bothered to stand up. I wish they had the pool open, but I probably wouldn’t swim anyway if I’m being honest, because I don’t swim in any public pools. I just like hanging on the patio in the sun. It’s really convenient that they accept dogs and terribly inconvenient that the guests don’t pick up after their own animals. The dog poop is gross. I completely understand this is not the motel’s fault and it is solely the lazy dog owners lack of respect. I stay here when I’m driving through because it’s located right off the highway and it’s surrounded by a plethora of places to eat. Although, Council Bluffs in general isn’t a tourist destination, the places to see are all really close. I will continue to stay here and look forward to the new look of the rooms! And, maybe fresh faces at the desk?”
