“I started PT with Beth and her student Becca in February following surgery at the end of October 2021 for a broken right ankle and a minor left knee injury. I got started with PT a little later than I probably should have due to my doctors telling me I didn't need it and/or not really encouraging it. I was finally referred because I wasn't gaining my strength back like I wanted, and I found Grand Oaks through my insurance and online recommendations. I'm SO glad that I did! Working with Beth and Becca over the past couple of months has not only helped me gain strength back in my legs, core, and ankle, but also helped me gain the confidence to work through my post-injury fears and to try exercises and activities that I was scared to even attempt after my injury. With their guidance and care, I have gotten back to my pre-injury workouts and I'm feeling stronger and better every day.
