“My mother spent 10 days in Westover Hills Rehab a few months ago and the level of care provided was excellent. Food was good and feeding and care giving very good. The resident manager, Anna, runs a good ship. We plan to return there in a few weeks. Frankly, I do not understand some of the irregular comments/reviews that have been made. Every time I call I get a person right away and when we need to inquire on status of insurance authorization the staff in that office are on top of it. I believe Charlotte is the person I normally get.
