Work started on time in the morning trenching the ground to lay new piping. “The crew showed up on time after I received a 15 min heads up they were coming. They estimated the job would take 2-4 hrs and they were finished right at 2hrs. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough in giving instructions on how to operate, flush and maintain the unit. Thur installation fee was $300 or more less than other quotes and they picked up the water heater at Lowes on their way as well as removing the broken water heater. Definitely a 5 star outfit.”
