“tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommended We had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost. We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve). A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate. All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.”

They installed new half stops under my sinks, replaced cartridges in several faucets, one which had leaked under a sink and that I hadn’t realized was leaking! 😲They also installed two very beautiful Delta Brushed Brass Showerheads. “Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builder's contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earl's Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justin's services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! “Creech Plumbing did a wonderful job. They explained the service call fee before they came out. When they arrived they looked at the three things we had called them about. A heating element in water heater went out, install new faucet on farm style sink, and replace inside components of a toilet. Before they started repairing anything they gave us a total cost including the service fee. It was not cheap, but it did cost exactly what we had predicted. We agreed to the price and the two young men efficiently made the repairs. They were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
