Of course that company that I bought the washer from said they could not come back until Tuesday to swap the lines (5 days later!!), and I did not have the tools available to do it myself (I just moved into the home and don't even have a wrench here right now). Ott was able to send their guys out super fast, despite having a busy day of work lined up. They got here in literally under one hour and did the swap of the lines and got everything to work perfectly.
