“Had (2) old 40 gal gas Hot wateer heaters to replace in attic. Apple uses great products "Bradford White" plumber supply Hot water heaters not cheaper box store variety. Apple communicated clearly and promptly and were very fair on price compared to big companies seen on TV adds. They quoted prices quickly and clearly over the phone and we shared some photos. FAST service got them replaced in a few hours and they did a great job. Some of the providers from big box stores were crazy high on labor for a half day job. One box store plumber wanted like over$1000/hour labor cost which is insane! I highly recommend giving APPLE a call for a fast fair professional plumber! *****”

“I had set up an appointment to have my trailer replumbed. And then the rain came! Since i am at the bottom of a slope i was not comfortable with the guys being under the trailer on wet ground with electrical wires near. They got my trailer done yesterday. Throughout this whole semi great flood they have been wonderful with having to move dates to come out and do the work. The guys were friendly, courteous and answered my questions without talking down to me. (Sorry, a lot of makes talk down to a woman like we're idiots). “Came home to a busted water heater. Got online and found them. After calling and telling them my water heater was busted they were at my house in 30 mins. They went and got us a new one and installed it that day within 2 hours after calling them. They also partner with a company that helps fix floors and walls because of water heaters so we had them look at our floor and wall just in case to see if we needed to have it replaced. They said it would be fine and did not try pushing their other company on us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. “Kastanek Plumbing is the only plumber I use for all of my plumbing needs - both for our home as well as our numerous investment properties. His prices are reasonable, and he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. When we've had a leak that required cutting into drywall, he's made the holes in such a way that the drywall is easily repaired afterwards by my handyman. If things get messy, he always tidies up behind himself. We've used him to install several hot water heaters now - at least five. As we have a vacancy, we're updating all of the shut off valves to the newer quarter turn style. IN some cases, there's no shut off's and we've had them installed. He's had to move two claw foot tubs to do this very thing, and those suckers are heavy! He's replaced several toilets and connected all the plumbing after we've replaced counters and cabinetry. He's also the guy we call when the gas stove's have to be re-connected after new flooring has been installed. Kastanek Plumbing gets a full five star rating from us!”
