I didn't get her name, but the lady who helped me ship a package today gave the absolute best service I've EVER received when shipping something. Most of the people I've encountered here have been nice, with a few being very quiet but not particularly rude or anything, more "straight-to-the-point," which I prefer over someone wanting to have a full conversation with a line growing behind me. I cannot speak for their PO box system, but I have always been able to walk in with a box and a label and get something shipped. In fact, the first time I had ever been to a post office and had no idea how this stuff worked, one of the postal workers/manager (I cannot remember his name) actually walked me over to the priority boxes, handed me tape, and showed me where to put the label.”

At one point, I witnessed a customer even yelling at them for her wait time, but they still seemed to handle it gracefully. I wish I caught the name of the employee who helped me because she was excellent. Based on the service I got, I wanted to give five stars, but they really do needed to be staffed better to handle the demand. Not the employees' fault at all.”
