“The mail service in the area seems to be getting a lot better. The complaints about lost packages and opened letters may have paid off. We had ordered (and paid for) a new lock with keys for our mailbox. During the 3 month period it took to install our mail was put on hold and I had a lot of interaction with the staff when picking up my mail. Some of the staff members are very friendly. At least one person was always in a bad mood.”

“We went there to renew passports. I am going to have to offer a different opinion regarding the gentleman who processes the passports. I can see how he could be perceived as abrupt because he is all business and there is no small talk. However, we thought he was very professional and focused on his job. He only has 15 minutes for each application, and he gets it done. You can tell he expects you to be prepared and ready for the passport renewal process. I suspect if you don't follow directions and come very unprepared, he would probably seem rude. I'm not implying that is what happened to those who have left him a negative review - I am just saying that I could definitely see him appearing frustrated if that were the case. We would not hesitate to go there again. He was very helpful and efficient.”

I went on 01/09/19 to send the application for my passport & today 01/16/19 I received it. While I was waiting to get seen, I sat and watched everyone else interact with the staff & honestly some people are just rude from the get go. Many are also on their phones the whole time the workers are trying to speed things off so other customers can be helped. Treat the staff with respect and you will be treated with respect as well.”
