“This PO, by far, is my favorite PO, even though I have never stepped foot in it or even seen it! I mail a lot of packages for a small online business and my husband works close to this PO, so I get him to mail my packages there. The Postal Worker, D. will only use her first initial is so friendly and always goes out of her way to help him with my packages. She has even given me tips on how to mail successfully. What makes this unique is that I live in Newport News and the PO's here can't even compare. When I mail something on this side it goes to three sorting facilities before even leaving the area. At Wicomico, it goes out same day, usually morning that mailed and arrives at destination a whole day to two earlier. Also NN PO doesn't scan info most of time correctly and doesn't show online. I would definitely use this as my go to PO for any postal needs. Thank all of you!”

“It looks a bit small but these days that is pretty much the typical size of a post office. This time of the year they're probably extremely busy shipping packages for the holidays. If you need boxes or large envelopes they have them. Stamps of all kinds ones that are issued for particular formats. They have overnight express Mail Packages and envelopes all you have to do is stop in and see the postman at the counter they will sell you just about anything you need to help ship your mail and your packages”

The wait has been long both times I’ve recently had to go, but you can see the employees working hard, navigating all the steps on their computers as fast as possible. When I mailed my passport the employee saved me money by choosing a lesser known shipping format, all in the middle of a rush. Today Kia also did an amazing job and despite dealing with customers that took 15+ minutes she just said “Thanks, we got through it together. Have a good day.” As a customer, If you plan on going there, be prepared. Looking for a package? Have the tracking number ready. Sending something to your cousin? Don’t go digging for the address now, have it saved and open. It’s a courtesy to us all.”
