“So far, I have good experiences with each new property manager as well as the maintenance staff. The location is ideal because of banking, grocery, pharmacy and gas stations. If I am in a rush to get to a downtown Dallas location, I can take the George Bush Turnpike. Most importantly is what you get for the price which included a washer and dryer within the unit. What can be a minus is to have an uncooperative neighbor who refuses not do wash their laundry between the hours of 10:30 - 6:00 am. “Was pleasantly surprised how nice hotel was. Fairly new and offers free breakfast which has scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, make your own waffles, also cereal, yogurt and fruit. Room has microwave and fridge, nice large bathroom, and great view of cow pasture. Beds were not the most comfortable and rate was much higher than average so gave 4 stars. They are the only hotel in La Vernia so it was convenient.”

He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, which is so stressful and defeating in the current market. He never pressured us to jump on a house just to close the deal, and he was always very honest with us about his impressions with houses we toured. If our schedules didn’t align, he would go look at houses we were interested in and call us from there. We had him all over 3 separate counties trying to find something, and with every offer we wrote, he worked so hard for us. We finally found our home and closed on it in April, and we are so thankful to have had Tom helping us through it all. “I've lived at Pacific Harbors for 2 years now and we've been through numerous managers that didn't answer phones and if they did answer the phone they would just tell me anything to get me off the phone. They never addressed any maintenance issues for weeks if not months. It was a constant battle just to get small things accomplished. Ever since the new manager Tiffany Ahl took over everything has been smooth when dealing with maintenance and any other issues. I'm so happy they finally found a manager that takes pride in making sure the residents needs are addressed.
