My maintenance requests are usually on the fly and I get a response somewhat immediately. I can express a concern in passing to leasing managers or maintenance and it will get attention. I do appreciate the gated community. As far as safety, it is a public space so be aware of your surroundings and make good choices. I do wish the maintenance of dogs was better from the residents, this is coming from a dog owner myself. There are a lot of families around here so we try to respect the volume of noise since children need sleep.”
