“The Club at Fossil is a place I am glad to call home. The team of Ana and Emily, listen to any concerns you may have and come up with resolves. Until that point they will keep you updated on the progress. In addition, there are monthly activities promptly communicated in advance on a calendar including live performances, food trucks, movies by the pool. The highlight (for me) this month was the power washing of all buildings - Left hallways looking like new. Now to the maintenance team. Extremely friendly, courteous and polite group of gentlemen. Most of all they respect your home and during this time adhere to the safety precautions of social distance and appropriate protection. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable regardless of whatever time they receive the emergency call. Kudos to a great team that makes us look forward to coming home and enjoying every minute when there. Thanks !”
