“Excellent property! The management staff is tops. James and Michele are a well oiled machine. They care about the residence on all levels. I’ve even seen them helping people upstairs. Work orders are addressed ASAP as Covid-19 allows. Property is always clean. It is a very quiet community! The WiFi and cable added to rent is a plus! I work from home a lot and the signal is strong and secure. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.”

“Well I’m really big on reviews & the reviews here are horrible. I decided to visit the complex for a tour today before reading any reviews. I scheduled online & arrived early only to stand there drenched in sweat because it’s so hot outside. I went to sit in my car & decided to call. The First Lady I spoke with was so nice & genuine. She let me look at a unit in phase 2 that I loved. I called the office & reached a very rude lady who dryly advised me the unit I was viewing isn’t available. She didn’t offer me more information so I immediately returned the keys. The same nice lady greeted me at the door & provided me more information. Thank you! After reading the reviews, I’d rather not be stuck in a lease & over billed my first time renting. I loved this property but I will not be applying due to the reviews. Thanks everyone that has left a review for whatever reason.”

“I lived there for 3 years until January 2020 and I’ve zero complain about this place! Very quite and safe place to live, near by stores, gym, gas stations , shopping and mall. A lot of military neighbors and professional people around.. Leasing office agents are always welcoming and willing to help “special thanks to Karla”. The maintenance guys are professional and on time. There’s 3 golf courses around and nice trail hiking area nearby. I would definitely live there again whenever I come back to the area.”
