“Management has good communication with us. Maintenance has responded quickly to our issues reported to the manager just as she told us they would. Our apartment was newly remodeled upon move in and all our appliances were furnished and seem work well. I have not experienced any rodent problems but there is a slight roach concern just like most apartments have anywhere. I think Maity (manager) does a great job and so far has been very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue at this complex as there is just not enough spaces.”

“Great place for a quick bite to eat and some custard. Their custard is pretty darn good. I am also a fan of their custard “on hold” option that allows you to order your custard with your meal and place it “on hold” and then you simply go up and ask for it when you’re ready. Nice to keep the treats cold and fresh while you enjoy your meal.”

“I bought the house in last February. She is great professional realtor. She did her best to show us better home. When we generally set up a schedule and decide which house we want to see, she is always ready to come in time to see the available homes, even if it is not her main business area. Also, she made tentative lists not only the house we chose considering our various backgrounds, including our economic situation, and allowed us to tour together. She gave sincere advice on things that were difficult for the general public, not a real estate agent, and meticulously pointed out things we could miss because we are not an expert. Not only that but with responsibility in negotiating with the other agent, we finally bought a good house at a satisfactory price. However, it is only after buying a house that she ranks the most as a customer. Even though he completed the process of purchasing a home, he continues to contact him, ask his family's regards, and check things related to the house. As the first person to buy a house, there are many things I do not know about mortgage or tax, so I often contact and ask first. Every time EJ always responds kindly. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find out first and let her know. Therefore, based on my experience, if I have to purchase a new house in the future, I will ask E. J Yoo again.”

“I just left the store, and instead of buying a new $50 battery, I left empty-handed. The man working the counter: 1) came from around the counter after checking out another customer and asked if I needed anything. I didn’t ask for this service, he just went out of his way to be attentive to his work and helpful to his customers. 2) based on our short conversation instead of selling me a $50 battery I may or may not need, he hooked the old battery that I had brought in up to two different testing devices, and then informed me he could sell me a new battery but I might be better off contacting my home Internet company (which is what the battery goes to) because my old battery appeared to be fine. This level of customer service lost this company hey single sale today but Gained them a lifelong customer. And if anyone from corporate is reading this and wants to give him a pay raise, I didn’t catch his name but it was a middle-aged black male working the front counter October 1, 2021 at about 4:30 PM.”
