“We’ve lived here for about a year and half now and no major issues. Everything works, and when things have broken, it’s been a easy fix. Staff is friendly, the maintenance people always stop and say hi to my pup when we’re out for a walk. Most people seem to pick up after their animals which is nice. Comfortable apartments, and I was blessed with quiet, friendly neighbors. The ONLY complaint I have is that it’s kind of hard to get a hold of the office by phone. But I also understand there’s a TON of us who live here and only so many employees. But they’re always nice when I do get a hold of them. Rent is average. Grounds are well kept. Overall, favorite apartments we’ve ever lived in.”

“I lived in a Coldwell Property for one year. When I moved out, I was expecting a refund from a portion of my $500 deposit. Instead, I received a bill for almost $200. I was charged for damages I had listed on my inventory move in sheet. I WAS LIVID!!! I called the company and was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call that day or the next , so I assumed the worst and knew I was in for a fight, and I was ready! I received a call from Oscar advising they had no record of my inventory sheet, but he would be happy to look at and adjust charges if needed. I have had some recent financial battles, so I was prepared for the worst, and I was NOT pleasant. He remained professional and assured me if they made a mistake they would correct it. Sure enough, much to my skepticism, he lived up to his word. The person working at the time I moved in never scanned my inventory sheet into my file. Once I provided that, all disputed charges were reversed within 24 hours. Thank you Coldwell Bankers, and Thank You, Oscar Armendariz. I know I was a complete and total B!t¢h. I was prepared for the worst. Thank you for proving me wrong!”

“Amazing! Comfortable! Convenient! Spotless! Roomy! The folks at VacationCake Rentals show what Texas Hospitality is all about. The charming 3/2 in a cute neighborhood is convenient to the whole city. Walking distance to food and shops, including the world-famous Broken Spoke. The greenbelt is a short walk away, allowing for an easy escape to nature. Downtown is an easy drive, ride or bus away. Jay and his team were accommodating and helpful at every turn. We were stuck because of the pandemic lock-down, but had a home with every comfort. We enjoyed eating outside on the decks, the ease of having our own laundry, and plenty of room for our family. Jay understood our needs and was flexible and kind. VacationCake will be our first choice next time we visit Austin!”
