“So.....we came to Texas because of work. Needed a place to reside and stumbled across, "The Preserves at Oyster Creek". At first, though impressive, it wasn't what we were looking for. However, because of time restraints we signed a lease knowing that it would serve its purpose. To our surprise it was more than we hoped for. We were able to quickly feel at home in our unit. The homes are modern and tastefully designed to optimize space. The property grounds are well maintained, and for the most part the community is quiet. We rarely required any maintenance, but when we did Mr. Rudy was more than knowledgeable, and always willing to make things correct. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. A good person with a good spirit, and we can't thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Rudy! Now, the rental office staff. Amazing! Two very smart and bright young ladies. Ms. Elissa & Ms. Jerica, I can't thank you ladies enough. You made all the difference in the world in our experience as tenants of the Preserves. Always welcoming, pleasurable to speak with, and just purely heart warming. You were always prompt in a response to any inquiry and to whatever the needed. Your management company is lucky to have you. You're truly assets. Jerica we were sorry to see you go, and we missed you it's true; but Ms. Elissa hit it outta the park and brought us home. The staff laughed with me and even provided me with a care package. After turning in my move in checklist, all issues were resolved promptly. It's only been 2 weeks but it's off to a great start. “My boyfriend and I moved into Plantation Park about a month ago and so far every single person we have encountered , (staff and fellow residents) has been so helpful. One person in particular, Michelle, was very accommodating. She walked me through the entire process taking time to explain every detail, which is something that meant a lot to me considering this is my first experience renting an apartment. On move in day our unit was immaculate and all the appliances were working perfectly. I haven’t had a single reason to contact maintenance at all because everything has been great. The gym is awesome, the clubhouse is awesome. I have recommended this place to everyone I have encountered that has been looking for a nice complex ever since we moved in. Love calling this place home!”

My experiences here have been nothing short of pleasant from the leasing manager, Shannon, who is always very accommodating with any request, to the leasing agents. Jennifer, Katie and Lindsey are always very helpful. The maintenance staff is awesome and requests are completed in a very timely and efficient manner. Renewal time has always been easy and stress free, which is very important to me. I love the interior of my living space and the property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. The house ended up selling right where we wanted. This was not an easy sell for two reasons, the price point and the pandemic had just kicked into gear. They had good systems in place to keep us informed every week of views and comments from each showing. Most importantly, they did not delegate the open houses to others who were not as familiar with the highlights of our home. While I was a bit hesitant to use a broker unknown to either of us and not a referral, they lived up to their name and we truly felt part of a team, The Cascade Team.
