“I’ve lived here for 2 years. There was a small rough patch during management change but once they settled in they made a lot of improvements around the complex. They repainted the inside of the complex, built a new dog park, enhanced landscape, created new weekly/monthly events, fixed broken doors, etc. My apartment is reasonably priced for the quality and location. It truly is a prime location, everything that I need is within a 5 minute drive. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I know I can be annoying so I appreciate that. The walls are thin, the dog disposal stations aren’t evenly disbursed across the grounds, and not being able to turn on the tanning bed yourself is a bit of a hassle. Those all being minor issues. The apartments are beautiful inside. The bathtub is huge and the kitchen backsplash is beautiful. I love using the gym and tanning bed. The business center is nice and useful. Also the valet trash is convenient. The water bill is a bit on the high side but electricity is reasonable. I’ve never had an issue with parking. I feel safe here which is very important to me. I will renew my lease again. I plan on living here another 5-7 years, until I purchase a house. I would recommend these apartments.”
