The upgraded units are so lovely inside they make me feel so high class! The management staff has been so helpful with anything I call them for! they put my work orders in fast & typically get them done the next day or a bit later but I haven’t ever been left hanging for anything! All the ladies inside the office are so sweet & considerate especially Shannon she has been the main one helping me with anything I need help with. I also have to mention how astonishing the pool & gym area are! Just wow! I would in fact recommend living here to anyone!”

“My girl and I just moved in since June 1st. The apt inside is very clear and love 2 colors of the wall. Also has all new appliances and carpet/wood floor. You will need ortho home defense insect killer and combat max roach killing gel. For security you will need cameras security for your personal at home I put 3 cameras security because they don’t have gates so has cameras security 24/7 anywhere across. Put all led bulbs that could save your bill. They allow set tv on the wall. The staffs are nice work Trust me they are very quiet”

The apartments are well maintained and the management team acts proactively on upkeep. Many of our friends have chosen to stay here instead of moving into an independent house they are well capable to own. “Always loved Joe and Sue owning and running things! They sold both apts but were very efficient. Everyone can't please everyone and everyone can't live here... So for the people talking badly... Nothing or no one's is perfect! Miss the old management and owner. Finally moving out to get away from the new management! Leaks everywhere... Toilet moves around... Maintenance can't speak English.... Roaches are ferocious!!! Joe and Sue had regular exterminator here... Now the roaches carry your food off..!!! Ugh!”
