“Lived here from March 2018 to 2019, I honestly only moved because the rent went up. If the price at the time you are looking is good, this place is amazing. There are a lot of families that live here so its got a nice safe vibe to it. The only downside I had was I was on the 3rd floor and the windows are single pane, so in the summer my AC bill got out of hand.”

“Cindy did a great job helping me to find and close on my home. I was a recently divorced father of two and she came recommended to me. I gave her a list of requirements including good schools and amenities for the kids. Her knowledge of The Woodlands and its surrounding communities was extremely helpful. She found the right house very quickly and we had a offer to the seller on the same day. This was during a seller's market where sellers were entertaining multiple offers simultaneously. Her knowledge of the market helped us to determine the right offer without "over-offering", yet enough to entice the sellers. She stood firm on negotiations including dealing with an adverse inspection report from which many of the items, the sellers agreed to repair or otherwise compensate for. The icing on the cake was her decorating ideas which came in very handy for a new single dad. I will add that she was very punctual and her team was extremely responsive to my daily requests and questions. Thanks Cindy. I would use you again!! ”
