“I just moved in and it was it bit of a rocky start, but honestly the staff worked with me and understood my concerns. I really like my new apartment; it’s clean and well kept, though minor wear and tear. I live in a studio and it’s a bit small to my liking, but the price makes up for that. I’m really hoping they will work with me if I want to renew my lease, by not raising the price too high, but we shall see. I didn’t think I would feel safe here, but I do; it’s really quiet (besides the rush of freeway, which is constant) But hey, you can get on I-10 in a matter of seconds, and that’s cool. Getting on 6-10 takes more time. It takes me about 20 min to get to San Felipe and 6-10 when I leave at 8am. When there no traffic it can be less than 10 min which is also pretty cool. Great area if you want to be zoned for good schools too! Seriously. Overall 8/10”

I take complaints seriously, and after reviewing Ajay’s allegations & the evidence of his real estate transaction, I respectfully disagree with his assessment of my services. During the course of the transaction, I provided professional & ethical service in accordance with the terms of the contract between Ajay & myself, my Company, and Texas law. In addition, I personally contributed $1,900 of commission for Ajay to receive blinds that the builder would not supply and I had no obligation whatsoever to do so. Nevertheless, since the closing, Ajay has repeatedly demanded my commission, paid by the builder, from me. While I am sorry that Ajay is dissatisfied, the evidence contradicts his allegations and I have denied Ajay Mesuria's request for my earned commission.”
