“We have been living here for two years now. The apartments and staff are great, but the rent is over priced (because of the area) so we will be leaving once our lease is up. There are plenty of ammenities, but if you work an 8-8 job you'll never be able to use them. Our 2 bedroom is huge and I love the open space kitchen. They have an easy online rent payment service, as well as maintenence forms. I'd recommend asking for an apartment that doesn't face 290 construction because it gets pretty loud at times. ”

“6/6/2019: The place is pretty and whoever designed the rooms did a great job with spacing. I have had issues with Jorge prior to moving in though. Nice guy, but I wouldn’t do business with him if I can avoid it. To give you an example, he told me I can move into a newly renovated apartment (newly renovated because the new owners are slowly upgrading the units as people move out) by June 8 (and I asked several times about it before giving final notice to my current place). I called a little less than 2 weeks before to ask when I can get my key, spoke with Tiffany, who informed me that Jorge had my move in date as June 29. They saw my contract and we talked for a while, and while they now have to hustle on their end thanks to Jorge's mistake, everything is now all set. Also, Krystal, the manager, will get the job done for you. Edit 6/8/2019: One person is in office. Tiffany either quit or was fired. I was originally told by the one person in office (at 10:15am the day I was to move in) they were not sure if I was moving in that day. We went down to the complex and eventually got Krystal on the phone. Cynthia and Krystal have been working with us ever since and have been super sweet about the mistake, but with that being said, I can’t fully move in the day I was supposed to because it has not been cleaned. There is paint (in places it shouldn’t be, including the peep hole at your front door) and dents everywhere in the apartment, even blue crayon on the blinds. Screen windows aren’t all on. There is a missing piece of the cabinet in the bathroom. Part of the drawers/cabinets in the bathroom aren’t all screwed in. The list goes on and on. I am not sure where the problem started exactly and there is still issues with moving in, but Krystal and Cynthia have been working hard to correct whatever happened so that’s all anyone can ask at this point, to be honest. Edit 6/9/2019 8:30am: Krystal gave the go ahead to move in. There’s still maintenance issues but nothing too drastic. Edit 6/12/2019: Any major maintenance issue has been resolved, and every maintenance man I meet here is very nice. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I like the neighborhood. I love the design of my apartment. They’re constantly improving the grounds here but it’s not loud and I appreciate the effort to keep improving. Parking really isn’t bad in my mind but I also don’t mind walking a little to my car. Reserved parking spots aren’t a bad price. Though the move in process was beyond stressful, after living here a few days, I can confidently say I would recommend this place. ????”
