“I just moved in this month. I have had no issues with the apartment or the office staff. Everyone in the office was really nice and extremely helpful. The blinds were a little broken, but other than that - my apartment is great. I love my new neighbors and my new place. :-) My only complaint is that I would like for the downstairs restrooms to be open & for the penthouse to be open for when visitors come over.”

“My husband & I lived here for year (moved in July of 2017). I’d give this complex 4.5 stars if I could. So many great things about this place. The people who work in the Power Properties leasing office are super nice (especially Jason) & made us feel like they actually cared about us as tenants. Maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner, not that we often needed maintenance. The grounds were well kept. The location is incredible. Not only is it a nice area to live, the complex is directly next door to the White Rock YMCA & across the street from a Tom Thumb. The layout of the apartment is good & spacious. The complex was peaceful & we never had any issues with other tenets. Convenient laundry. All around a great experience living there. We only had 2 complaints really. Parking was tough at certain hours. However, the worst thing was the apartments aren’t labeled properly which makes getting deliveries very difficult. As people who place Amazon orders basically every other day, this was a huge annoyance & extremely aggravating. We had maybe a 50% chance of getting our package without issue. We were constantly labeled “undeliverable” or would have to hunt around the complex to figure out where the driver had left our package. Many times I had to file claims with Amazon because we never received our package that was delivered to someone else in the complex. If PP fixes this issues this complex would be a dream!”
