“I know there's cheaper apartments around but the managers here will jump over fences to help you and that means a lot I'm a busy man and the amenities and things that they offer are completely amazing I love the gym I love the pool and the dog park all things that just make my life that much easier. Friday's is a long day for me the fact that they actually will come and walk your dog I've never had that kind of treatment. But the 2 ladies in the back are absolutely beautiful inside and out and the whole staff in general is just wonderful Thank you guys sincerely Marc Rains”

“Robert and Amanda were helpful, professional and patient while showing us various apartments and made the application process easy. The apartments are modern and well appointed. The wooded setting is very nice. On-site amenities including the gym, pool, office, pool table, clubhouse, dog/walking trail and fishing lake are unbelievable. The assigned parking space is a huge plus. The concierge services and convenient trash pickup service will definitely be time savers. Great property for college students, young and mature professionals and retired persons.”

“Not today as I am so busy ! After a great night last night sharing dinner with many friends I have meet in the 6 months I have been here I have much to do today 11/05/18.Just finished my lunch and now off to pick up mail and stop by office to talk with Erin; one of the lovely young women that work here! Later I will be going to rehearsal for the Sunset Singers @4pm. We have 2 programs coming up on 11/10 to honor our Veterans during Brunch! Also will be starting our preparation for Christmas!! “I lived here for almost two years and I think this complex is great. Decent pricing as long as you do long term, great maintenance, and the office is responsive and polite. Every staff member I've talked to here is generally friendly. I've lived in a lot of complexes until I moved into a house and this one was by far the best. Also it didn't flood during Harvey so that's a plus. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that if you live close to the pool it is sometimes loud at night. This isn't 100% their fault, but I think they should enforce the pool hours more. If you don't live by the commons/pool then it's five stars.”
