“I will recommend Steven to every of my friends who is in house market. Here is why. We met Steven at an open house and was impressed by his professionalism and personality. We are first-time home owners in the market, and have a lot of stupid questions. After couple weeks and several rounds of email communications, we found Steven to be very responsive, detail oriented, patient to understand our need and provide advise. We then decided to contract Steven as our realtor. His is very professional at setting up a timeline for us to do the house search step by step. We first browsed lots of properties online and communicated likes and dislikes, so he further understood our needs and analyze the pros and cons of each one.
