“Nancy was our Selling Agent and she did a wonderful job. We were part of a corporate relocation with a tight timeline. We met with a few agents but ultimately went with Nancy because I felt she had a good plan/marketing strategy and also was very positive and helped me feel at ease with the process. She helped us to price the home right so it would sell quickly AND we would get the net proceeds we were expecting. Nancy certainly moved fast. From her selection as our agent to the time when the Home was on all websites and marketed was very quick. Her professional photographers took great pictures and I felt our home certainly looked the best out of homes marketed in the area. We had multiple showings the next day and a Cash offer the day after listing. Closing was the minimum amount of time and this allowed us to relocate and start work on schedule without having to worry about managing a home sale in another state.
