“I will admit, I went into this knowing I was going to be offered “VACATION DEALS”!! Even while sitting in the presentation I just kept thinking “Nah...this isn’t for us!”. But once Dan finished and Flip came back to go over how this program could help us get to places we would love to visit I decided to be a little more open minded. I felt as though Flip was truly trying his best to help us see the benefits available to us. So, I said “Let’s give it a shot!”. So far I’m impressed! Everyone that I have spoken with from entering the building to emails about questions I have, has been wonderful! Always prompt with responses and truly looking for what is most beneficial for OUR particular situation! I don’t feel like they got my money and waived GOOD LUCK and sent me on my way! I’m still a newbie but I’m excited to see how they can help us with our future vacations!!!”

“I actually love living here, the property is recently under a new owner so it's getting a nice update. Raintree is my 4th apartment and by far the best. Maintenance is usually same day. You get notice via email when something is going on, like maintenance completed the work order or someone's pet is missing. The staff is very friendly and always calls you back if needed. Rent is paid online, which is super convenient so you don't have to worry about the office being closed or leaving a payment in the drop box. I absolutely LOVE MY SCREENED IN BALCONY!!!!! Living in mosquito country, having the screen there really makes the patio a usable space that I can enjoy having my coffee in, and of course it also provides bit more privacy. I'm going to definitely renew my lease as soon as the option is available. The price and location are amazing. Come by, if you lease, tell them Luci sent you and show them the last name nobody pronounces correctly lol”
