“We paid a deposit in mid July for an advertised apartment. Over the weekend, it was discovered that the apartment was not available. Another unit was offered. When we decided NOT to rent at this complex, we were told that our deposit would be mailed back to us. So far, nothing. Repeated phone calls to the office have yet to get our funds returned. Beware. After posting the original review, we were contacted within 24 hours and our refund did arrive within 2 business days. Thank you.”

“I moved into this community about year ago and plan to renew. I know apartments come with challenges as I have had many in my time renting, however I also know most of them are not caused by the office staff. I have had some issues with parking here, but with that said I have also had a lot of great interactions with the office. I have a great apartment and it was new when I moved in. The price is very inexpensive which is way better than I would find in Houston. Overall, nice apartment, nice price, and worth the commute.”
