“Definitely recommend! Loved staying right on the river and the condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. For Schlitterbaun we just walked across the street. And most of the tubing outfitters pickup and dropoff right across the street as well. Lots of shops, resturants, and bars are within walking distance. Very convenient to say the least. We waited for the inspections, we worked around the obstacles while the building was finished, and we eagerly jumped in the pool as soon as it was ready! Finishing our second year here, we are extremely happy to have found a secure place to live that meets our needs, has plenty of friendly residents, and is run by a professional staff that care about us and the building. Maintenance is amazing! While social activities have been curtailed during this horrible year, we still have plenty of opportunities to meet and enjoy as we wish.
