Office and maintenance was always on top of it, really liked the online portal to pay rent and make maintenance request, made everything easy. A very friendly community, and parking is like any apartment community just need to get a garage or carport to resolve the issue of not finding a free spot to park on most nights. “DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ANGRY REVIEWS. A lot of them are from disgruntled residents who where friends with the previous management. These apartments are clean, quiet, and well kept. Management (Obed) is always nice and helpful. The maintenance and cleaning crew are always out there making sure the grounds are beautiful. If you call, they ALWAYS come and make sure the job is done correctly. If there ever is any 'noise' it's because of the amazing renovations being made. This place is beautiful. I am proud to call myself a Milano resident!”

“First off, let me say that the manager, LANI IS AMAZING and such a nice and kind person! I have lived here with my son for 2 years now and have never had any issues other than my tub in my apartment being very bad, other than that, management & maintenance are great. I have no complaints. I would not leave from here just because of how great Lani is and her team. They have always been friendly and she always smiles and greets you when she see's you. This company would suffer a HUGE loss honestly if they ever lost her as a manager. They always respond in a very quick manner when there are any maintenance issues and Coco is very sweet and fast at his work! I love my area as its very quiet and calm, I never see people hanging outside or doing bad things. All my neighbors are also very kind and keep to themselves. I recommend this place as it is a decent place to live especially if your looking for a small complex...that's a plus. Speak to Lani, she is AWESOME and goes above and beyond in her job to always assist you! Thank you for everything :)”
