The space is clean and well kept. My apartment is nice so far, no roaches or pests and the valet trash service is nice. Generally no problems and enjoying my time here.”

“Lived here for a year and would highly recommend. Macy and the staff in the office go above and beyond, and the maintenance team responded to service calls almost immediately. Two stories of note: after a couple months, the office team knew us so well that they would have our packages pulled from the back room and waiting for us as by the time we walked in just from seeing us out the window and recognizing us. And the maintenance crew would always do a great job fixing anything that broke right away as kept the grounds pristine. One time there was a report of a snake in the area and a maintenance worker spent the whole day outside looking for snakes and warning people who were outside. The people here are just great and the complex is very nice itself.”

“I have some friends that have lived there for a while now and I have to say the place really sucked. I used to hate visiting there. However, when I came to visit my friend the other day I was really amazed at how everything has changed. I went into the office with my friend to get a visitor pass to park and the office staff was so friendly and they even had popcorn! They told us we could hang out and watch a movie in the theater and they even feed the kids after school. They asked me if I would mind leaving a review because of what I was telling them so I am. This place seems much better and fun too!”
